OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to present, to the best of our capabilities and resources, a facility and network of services for hosting the Alberta Men’s Curling Championship (aka the 2011 Boston Pizza Cup) which the participants, the Alberta Curling Federation, the Town of High River, the spectators, our sponsors, our volunteers and followers of the sport can be proud.
OUR VISION:
Our vision is that by hosting the Alberta Men’s Curling Championship, the event will increase the profile of the sport of curling within the community, encouraging more people to take up the sport. By hosting this event and bringing the best curlers in the Province to our community we will additionally showcase the Town of High River.
OUR VALUES:
ROCK FOR STARS will adhere to the following value standards:

OUR DETERMINATION:
1) To ‘give back’ to the community by hosting the best ever Alberta Men’s Curling Championship; 2) To putting on a well organized event within the Town that will attract interested people of all ages;
3) To being fair with our affiliates and sponsors by providing them the best exposure and return possible for their investment in our event;
4) To the development of our volunteers to their full potential to achieve excellence in their chosen volunteer assignment. Strive to maximize their opportunities to contribute their ideas, express their concerns and influence the successful completion of the 2011 Boston Pizza Cup;
5) To making information available to residents of High River, the surrounding area and Southern Alberta to make them aware of the Alberta Men’s Curling Championship and to foster the sport of curling;
